Gabcasts Galore!

For our Gabcast,our ad was for Mcdonalds.First,we had to figure out what we were advertising.First we tried Beach Bowl,but that didn`t work.Then we figured out that we could do McDonalds.

We tryed to make sales on our radio ad for milkbones.Milkbones are a type of dog treats,dogs love them and they are good for them.We expresed the ad by adding a jingle, and we turned down old dog treats like "milk and cookies for santa dog treats."Lauren,Paula,Madeline.

Today we did gabcasts. For an ad that we choose. And of course we had to pick a topic, We chose our show that we put on www.youtube.com/bobandmrhappy,obviously our show is called Bob and Mr. Happy's Funhouse house. (we spell Mr.happy's that way.) This ad is about webkinz. Most people have heard of them so we tried to show them were to get webkinz. We had a realy cool jingle and it's very catchy.There are different types of webkinz.

Deep Thoughts

I have a question to pose to all of you...if you had a choice of something that you would be interested in learning more about- any topic at all that is reasonable to learn about at school- what would it be? For example- I myself would pick neuroscience (basically the brain in other words) beacuse that topic fascinates me. What would you pick??? Grids to all those who leave comments!

Cool day of Gifted

Today we made our own radio advertisment. First, we thought of something to advertise. Then we made up a skit (A skit is something you would read for a play or something). Then we performed it. The people that were listening had to turn around the other way and closed their eyes. We also made invisible ink and we wrote with it on a piece of paper. We used a base & an acid. Then they reacted with each other. We also did drinking straw pulse. We used clay & a straw to measure our pulses.
